We want to empower, embrace and inspire Latinas to pursue and thrive in careers in Geoscience and Planetary Science.
​We do this in 3 main ways:

(1) Our Leadership Council team (GLC, formed of leaders and Volunteers) work on specific projects within  six themes: Development, Education & Outreach, Geo Community Support, Sustainability, Task Management, and Visibility & Branding.
(2) Our Local Teams (GLT) work on specific needs based on their local needs and issues.
(3) Our Ambassadors (GA) represent specific regions, help identify needs and issues in their community, organize local events, and more.

The Leadership Council is made of 6 committees, each committee subdivided into subcommittees. Each subcommittee is essentially a specific project
